Power Seller levels
Depending on their average sales performance each month, eBay Power Sellers can qualify for different tiers, each with a different set of corresponding services and benefits. Every tiers come with different sales criteria a month: Bronze – $1,000, Silver – $3,000, Gold – $10,000, Platinum – $25,000 and Titanium – $150,000. Qualification for each tier is calculated monthly and Power Sellers are notified through e-mail.
There are also certain violation settings for each tier that Power Sellers must comply with within a 60-day period. The Silver and Gold, 5 violations, Bronze: 4 violations, Platinum, 6 violations and for Titanium, 7 violations. You can lose your Power Seller status if your violations reach the limit.

Provide the best customer service
eBay permits members to leave comments and feedback about a sellers performance and service. eBay sellers to be banned when they have more complaints.
eBay requires Power Sellers to have a positive feedback with at least 98% rating. This is not the same as the rating you’ll find on your member profile page or the seller information page. The rating is based on the feedback that unique users provide.
The score is calculated as the number of positive customer feedbacks you have received divided by the number of total feedbacks, regardless of whether they are good or bad. The score that appears as your Power Seller rating indicates how many repeat buyers you have who are satisfied with your service.
